At NAIL NOOK, our policies are designed to respect the time of both our clients and our team. We aim to provide a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone. Please review the following guidelines before your appointment.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and cash.
Booking Requirement
A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. Cards will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that appointments be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Our salon welcomes children. We kindly ask that they remain supervised at all times to help maintain a safe and relaxing environment.
